Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the British Wrestling Association Limited will be held on Saturday 1st November 2025 at 12:30 for the purposes set out in the Agenda.

Per section 5.8 of the Articles of Association, general meetings may be attended by the following persons:
- Voting Members (England Northern Region, England Midlands Region, England Southern Region, Scottish Wrestling, Welsh Wrestling Association and WrestlingNI). Each Voting Member is entitled to appoint up to two representatives to attend. Where two representatives are appointed, one must be male and one must be female.
- Board Members
- Other observers and speakers are at the discretion of the Board
