Lawrence joins the team with a clear remit to drive excellence in our event delivery, ensuring that wrestlers of all ages and abilities have the platform they need to grow, develop, and excel.

One of the core pillars of our new strategy is to Grow the sport by delivering more accessible and high-quality competition opportunities at local, regional, and national levels. Lawrence will play a pivotal role in this, working to streamline our competition frameworks and ensure they provide the best possible experience for athletes, coaches, and spectators alike.
