2016 European Championships

GBR have entered the following athletes in the European Championships to be held in Riga, Latvia from Tuesday 8 March 2016
FW – 48K – Yana Rattigan
FW – 63K – Chloe Spiteri
FS – 65K – Kane Charig
They are accompanied by England National Coach, Anatolii Kharytoniuk and Welsh National Coach, Alan Jones.
Yana’s won her first match 13-2 v Karalina Tjapko (LAT) but unfortunately lost 0-10 v Elista Yankova (BUL) and Elista lost to Mariya Stadnik which means Yana did not progress further.Chloe’s lost her first match and only match 0-8 v Madzina Sidakova (BLR)and did not progress further
Kane’s first match on Wednesday was against GRE athlete – Niko Arouzmandis unfortunately Kane lost 0-10 and did not progress further as GRE lost 0-10 to France in the next round.
