This weekend members of the GBR NTS team from Brondesbury College attended the Helsinki Open with their coach Mohamed Shafi 54kg: Homam Limam 4th Place out of 11 (won 3 lost 2)

During the same weekend some seniors took part in the Henri Deglane Tournament in Nice, France. Results are as follows:
FW – 63K – Chloe Spiteri 
Lost her first and only match to RUS, Irina Boagdanova who lost in her semi-final to Poland. Chloe placed 7/7
FS – 65K – Kane Charig 
Lost his first and only match to Ruslan Mukhtarov (FRA) who then lost in the quarter finals to ROU (0-10). There were 17 in Kane’s weight category.
 
FS – 74K – Bekhan Aldamov
 Lost his first round match 6-13 to Saeid Gholami (IRI) and then lost his repechage match to Johnny Bur (FRA) 0-10. Bekhan placed 7/13.
