Kuldkaru Open 2015 and Training Camp – Estonia

George Ramm and Charlie Bowling from GBR NTS took part in the Kuldkaru Open at the weekend.
In his only match George lost 8-8 to T. Baracevichus (LTU) (4 point throw) and Baracevichus then lost to RUS. There were 13 in the weight group.
In Charlie’s only match he lost 2-12 to Kuksar (GER). The score was 2-2 when Charlie took a technically incorrect Fireman’s carry resulting in Kuksar successfully using the cross ankle to score and finish the match. Charlie retired injured. There were 6 in the weight group.
80 athletes participated from 14 countries.
They were accompanied by England National Coach, Anatolii Kharytoniuk and all will remain in Estonia for a week’s training camp.
