All sports have been in regular contact with the British Olympic Association (BOA), UK Sport and Public Health England over the past couple of weeks regarding the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) across the world.
We are currently taking advice from all parties but see no reason why this should disrupt any wrestling sessions/competitions across Great Britain. We are also taking advice regarding our athletes travelling abroad for training camps and international competitions.
We do not feel that any wrestling specific advice is required beyond that issued for the general public.
This advice can be found on the NHS website and more information on the government’s response can be found here.
As always, if you feel unwell, you should not take part in ANY wrestling and should seek appropriate advice where necessary.
We will continue to monitor the situation ahead of the and provide updates as required.
