With regards to the British Wrestling Association 2017 Articles:
17.1 Voting Member means a Nations and Regions Association that has been admitted as a member of the Association in accordance with Article 3
5.5(c) Voting Members have the right to appoint another person as his or her proxy at a General Meeting.
