OFFICIALS & VOLUNTEERS:
Once again we are running the competition over a 1 day period. Because of this, we are sure that you will appreciate, everything throughout the day will need to progress in an efficient manner. As always, the success of a competition depends not only on the prior organisation by the host club but also the cooperation of all the teams and athletes involved.
Please could you indicate on the entry form the names and details of BWA/FILA registered Referees who will be accompanying you to the event along with names of any willing volunteers for Timekeeping etc.
All wrestlers need to be current members of their national governing bodies.
British Wrestlers will need to have completed their memberships via www.britishwrestling.org – Membership Application.
Refreshments will be provided for all volunteers.

Entries will be accepted up until the close of weigh in.
However, all clubs requested to submit the majority of their entries by Friday, 4th November as this would ensure for a smooth and efficient weigh in process. There will be a ‘fast-track’ system in place for pre-registered athletes.
