BWA Referee/Judge Course – Part 1

A two day course course is being held at Leytonstone Sports Centre, James Lane, Leytonstone, London E11 1JD. The Official-in-Charge of the course will be David Sudron, International FILA Referee.
Day One – Saturday 15 August 2009 – 1000 – 1600hrs
Classroom and Mat Time

• Understanding the international wrestling rules + demonstration/discussion of point scoring actions and holds + illegal actions
• Written examination

Day Two – Saturday 12 September 2009 – 1000 – 1600hrs
Practical Assessment

• Participate in wrestling tournaments
• Assessment of candidate’s understanding of rules and practical implementation
• Practical examination
