The Level 2 Course comprises of 1 day of theory and mat time followed by assessment at a tournament
Day 1- Theory -30 January 2010 – Kensington Leisure Centre, Walmer Rd, Kensington, London
· Understanding the international wrestling rules + demonstration/discussion of point scoring actions and holds + illegal actions
Day 2- Practical Assessment -7 February 2010 on the occasion of the Southern Region Senior Tournament – Montem Sports Centre, Slough
Candidates are advised to take part in mentored practice within a club environment prior to attending the practical assessment.
· Candidates will be required to take part in an actual wrestling tournament
· Assessment of candidates understanding of rules and practical implementation
