Get involved with our annual inter-club competition for a great day of fun and experience.

Meet and greet coaches and clubs from all around the country.

Prepare for the upcoming Ulster Championships.

Ages 5 through adult both male and female.
5-6 years have option for ankle strap pull.
Spectators : free entry

Weigh in : 9am
Start time : 10am
Finish : no later than 4pm

Participants will be matched on the day as per BWA regulations. 
Please ensure athlete membership with governing body.
