Community Awards

Launched in 2023 the British Wrestling Community Awards are designed to shine a spotlight and give acknowledgement to all the tremendous work that gets put in by clubs, wrestlers, coaches, officials and volunteers across the wrestling family.

The awards reflect the achievements during the wrestling season which runs from the 1st September to 31st May each year. The awards are nominated by you, the wrestling family and a panel representing the three English Regions and three Home Nations considers all nominations before deciding on a winner. Winners are announced and presented with their award at an event in June, most recently this has been held alongside the Home Nations Showdown.

The award categories are;
