Referees/Judges
Primarily, applicants for these positions need to be reasonably agile, have the ability to think quickly and clearly and translate their observations of wrestling situations to decisions in accordance with the International Rules of Wrestling.
To become an international referee/judge one has to be no more than 40 years of age at the time of assessment. They need to be resilient characters as anyone involved in sport will know that they are sometimes the subject of criticism.
