Insurance Information Portal and Travel Insurance
In collaboration with our insurance brokers, Sports Insure, British Wrestling are launching a new Insurance Information Portal. This is accessible via our website, just click Insurance under the About menu, and provides detailed information about the levels and extent of cover provided as part of your membership to British Wrestling, whether you are an individual, coach, club or referee/ official.
It is simple to use, with clear and easy to understand language. Each constituent part of our sport has a tab across the top of the home page, by clicking on your particular tab you will be taken into an area that confirms the cover provided under the British Wrestling insurance programme. There is also a Frequently Asked Questions tab which will answer many of the questions that you may have about the benefits and limits of the cover provided as a part of your membership.
Claims can be reported through the portal by accessing the claims tab. Incidents that have the potential to become a claim can also be reported via the incident notification form. This will help to speed up the reporting of claims and keep insurers updated.

Travel Insurance
It is important to understand that British Wrestling does not take out travel insurance that covers clubs and members. If you are planning a trip abroad for wrestling you should consider taking out travel insurance.
