London 2012 have started to recruit for Games Time paid roles from Spring 2011. This is an opportunity for British Wrestling Association members to utilise their sport related skills and experience to help London put on the ‘Greatest show on Earth’.

The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) will recruit from across the UK – from a range of skills, communities and backgrounds and will be staging two recruitment selection days per sport in London.
LOCOG Sports Competition is recruiting for their Games Time roles from June 2011. The closing date for applications is 20 July 2011.

For further information about Wrestling, other sports and the Games Time roles, candidates should visit the official London 2012 website.

Those selected at CV stage will be invited to attend a recruitment selection day in London as a first stage of the interview process.
Roles will start from spring 2012 although successful candidates are required to attend the Wrestling Test Event from 4 to 12 December 2011
If candidates are seeking to gain a secondment from their existing jobs to take up a Games Time Role LOCOG advises that they start talking with their employer now.
