Volunteer Positions

British Wrestling is the national governing body for the sport of wrestling in the UK. As part of its governance role the BWA makes and enforces regulations to uphold standards and integrity across the sport of wrestling and those involved in delivering the sport.

British Wrestling is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Disciplinary Officer, playing a vital role in maintaining fair play and ethical conduct within our community. The ideal candidate will have a background in law or a related field and a commitment to integrity and impartiality.

This is a voluntary position and reasonable expenses will be covered in line with British Wrestling’s expenses policy. The Disciplinary Officer position requires a flexible time commitment, particularly during the season. The officer may need to attend meetings, conduct investigations, and respond to disciplinary issues promptly.

Digital Marketing Campaign Lead

British Wrestling is celebrating its 120th anniversary, a significant milestone in the sport’s history. To make this celebration a success, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate volunteer to lead our digital marketing campaign. As the Digital Marketing Campaign Lead, you will play a crucial role in promoting and raising awareness of our 120th-anniversary campaign across various digital channels and at key events across the year.

You’ll be involved in creating content across all platforms, managing social media and engaging the community in this celebration. Ideally, you will have previous experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
