Some members of the England and Scotland Commonwealth squads travelled out to Granada, Spain last weekend to participate in a 12 day training camp with Spanish and Portuguese teams.
The training camp is being held at the High Altitude Training Center CAR, Sierra Nevada (2,230m above sea level).

The centre enjoys outside running track/football pitch, 50m swimming pool, fully equipped gym as well as a multi purpose sports hall for wrestling. The facility has onsite accommodation and restaurant.
The first few days were gloriously sunny and warm but now the mountain tops are covered in snow! However, the hard training will keep the athletes warm! Meanwhile, the Northern Ireland and Wesh Teams are holding a joint training camp in Malta where there should be no problem with the temparature.
