The final Welsh Wrestling Association Team training and Open Mat session of 2023 took place on November 5th at Sport Wales National Centre, Cardiff.
The event was a success on the day as juniors and seniors travelled from a number of South Wales clubs to train together. As we see the sport grow in Wales, we’re looking forward to welcoming more and more wrestlers to the mat. Many thanks to Curtis Dodge for delivering a great session for all wrestlers on the mat.
Thanks to Leah Sah (Welsh Development Officer) for organising the event
We aim to continue the open mat sessions into 2024, with more sessions having been booked for the new year, see you again in 2024!
