The World Anti-Doping Agency recently released the 2025 Prohibited List, which comes into effect on 1 January. Any athlete who is competing should familiarise themselves with the changes and what methods and substances are prohibited.

Under Strict Liability, you are solely responsible for any banned substance you use, attempt to use, or is found in your system, regardless of whether or not you intended to cheat.
